Health is very important . Fitness is an essential part of life . Fitness helps us to stay physically fit and it feels us fresh and healthy . Physically fitness is not just to bent our body , it is about having a overall mascular exercise as well as a strong immune system .
There are mainly two types of fitness : mental fitness and physical fitness . A person should be fit from both types .
* A person is said to be mentally fit if he / she is calm and stress free . It also boosts our brain .
Fitness is only possible if we are having a good balanced diet . A good balanced diet is very essential for our health . If we are having a good balanced diet , it will help us to stay healthy and energetic .
We should eat fruits and green vegetables as much as possible because fruits and green vegetables are rich source of protiens .
Mental exercise can not only be done in school by reading books or by solving high level mental questions . The simple way to do mental exercise at home is by doing medetation , by solving simple math questions , by doing yoga , etc.....
If we are fit , we can live our life long .
